Job summary

Egisgroup is seeking a skilled Mason to join our Dubai construction team. You will perform brickwork, blockwork, stonework, plastering, screeding, and concrete repairs on diverse projects, ensuring precision and quality.

You will read and interpret drawings, build and repair walls and foundations, and maintain materials and safety standards in a fast-paced site environment.

We value teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to Dubai's climate while delivering durable masonry work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years Mason experience on active construction projects.
• Blockwork, plastering, tiling, and concrete repair expertise.
• Ability to read basic to intermediate construction drawings.
• Strong safety practices and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform brickwork, blockwork, stonework, plastering, screeding, and concrete repairs.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and work instructions.
• Construct and repair walls, foundations, pavements, and partitions.
• Prepare, mix, and manage mortar, cement, and materials.
• Ensure masonry work meets project specs and safety standards.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a safe, organized condition.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to coordinate workflow.
• Identify and report defects or shortages to supervisors.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and adapt to site conditions.
• Maintain stamina to work in Dubai's climate.
