Job summary

Waagner Biro Bridge Services in Dubai, UAE is seeking a skilled Mason to join our construction team. You will perform brickwork, blockwork, plastering, tiling, and concrete repairs, reading drawings and ensuring work meets project specifications and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of masonry experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the stamina to work in demanding site conditions under Dubai climate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of proven Mason experience on active construction projects.
• Expertise in blockwork, plastering, tiling and concrete repair works.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and specs.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform brickwork, blockwork, stonework, plastering, screeding, and concrete repairs per project specs and drawings.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and work instructions for accurate execution.
• Construct and repair walls, foundations, pavements and other structural elements.
• Prepare, mix and manage mortar, cement and other materials to required standards.
• Ensure all masonry work meets project specs, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a safe, organized condition and coordinate with supervisors.
