Job summary

Mashreq seeks a Digital Product Expert to drive end-to-end development and management of commercial products, services, and platform features within the Digital Studio. You will support the Product Owner/MarTech Lead in strategy, design and delivery, building a highly functional self-service platform for business enablement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in MarTech, CRM, or CDP with proven success in large-scale programs.
• Strong track record in managing multiple external vendors and delivery partners.
• Skilled in defining platform vision, roadmap, and execution in alignment with business and compliance needs.
• Demonstrated ability delivering enterprise projects across multiple countries or regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver digital platform features and improvements.
• Prioritize backlog to align with program priorities while preserving technical integrity.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Architecture, Operations, CX, Legal and stakeholders for optimal features.
• Translate business solutions into working software/cloud solutions with IT teams.
• Mentor team members and lead agile ceremonies (sprints, planning, demos, retrospectives).
