Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, development, and continuous transformation of Mashreq's end-to-end Retail Banking Workflow Management Systems. The individual must possess deep expertise across Retail Banking Operations, with proven experience in building and delivering digital products spanning customer onboarding, servicing, lending, payments, cards, compliance, and other retail banking workflow processes. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, BPM platforms, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
