Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a Product Owner for SME Mobile & Online Banking within the RBG Digital team. You will own end-to-end SME digital channels across MOB & MOL, shaping roadmaps, backlogs, delivery and operational performance to drive measurable customer and business outcomes.

Across UAE, Egypt and Pakistan, you will lead cross-functional squads, collaborate with Engineering, UX and Operations, and ensure alignment with global platform standards while continuously improving customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Agile PM certifications desirable (PSPO/CSPO/SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Own SME digital channel roadmaps and backlogs across MOB and MOL.
• Lead agile delivery across squads and manage dependencies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Design and Operations.
• Define success metrics and investment recommendations.
• Ensure alignment across UAE, Egypt and Pakistan.
