Key Responsibilities

• Conduct couples and family assessments
• Provide couples therapy using EFT, Gottman Method, or integrative approaches
• Facilitate family therapy sessions addressing relational patterns and communication

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or Counselling
• Valid DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years MFT or couples therapy practice
• Registration with AAMFT or equivalent professional body

Preferred Qualifications

• Gottman Method Level 1 or 2 training
• EFT certification or training
• Cross-cultural couples therapy experience

UAE Licensing Requirements

This role requires a valid UAE healthcare professional licence issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH), or Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant licence before providing services. Licensing requirements must comply with UAE regulations.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

• Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:
• Own UAE Employment Visa
• Green Visa
• Freelance Permit
• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility
• Any other valid UAE work authorisation
