Job summary

Borderless General Trading in Dubai is seeking a Catalog Operations specialist to manage extensive e-commerce catalogs, perform bulk uploads, and maintain product data quality across marketplaces including UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with suppliers to keep listings active and accurate.

The role requires 1–3+ years in e-commerce, strong Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to analyze large datasets and perform repetitive catalog tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in e-commerce or catalog management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with very large datasets and bulk files.

Catalog Management

Catalog ManagementManage a catalog consisting of strong millions of ASINs SKUs strong across multiple marketplaces Create and upload new product listings using bulk files and marketplace tools Maintain and update existing listings including titles attributes product information and other catalog data where required Identify inactive suppressed incomplete or problematic listings and work to resolve them Monitor listing errors and ensure products remain active and sellable

Inventory Stock Updates

Run and monitor strong large-scale inventory stock updates strong across the catalog Ensure stock availability from suppliers is accurately reflected on marketplaces Identify failed inventory feeds mismatches or unusual changes and take corrective action Prevent unavailable products from remaining incorrectly available for sale

Pricing Operations

Process strong bulk pricing updates strong across large numbers of ASINs Ensure updated supplier costs and pricing rules are correctly reflected in marketplace prices Monitor pricing feeds for errors failed updates or abnormal price movements Investigate products that lose competitiveness or become incorrectly priced Work with management to implement pricing and margin strategies across the catalog

New Product ASIN Expansion

Process large batches of new ASINs for listing Check whether products already exist within the catalog and correctly map them where applicable Ensure required product information is available before products are activated Assist in continuously expanding the number of sellable products across our marketplaces

Feed Data Management

Prepare upload and monitor bulk catalog price and inventory files Review processing reports and troubleshoot failed records Work with large Excel CSV datasets containing hundreds of thousands or millions of rows Perform data validation reconciliation and exception reporting Maintain accurate internal product and marketplace databases

Marketplace Operations

Monitor Amazon Seller Central for catalog-related issues Resolve listing suppressions stranded listings pricing errors and other operational issues Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support when marketplace intervention is required Assist with Amazon UAE Saudi Arabia and other marketplaces as the business expands Support integrations and automated systems used to manage catalog pricing and inventory

Reporting Quality Control

Produce daily and weekly reports covering Active inactive listings New ASINs listed Stock update success failures Pricing update success failures Suppressed or blocked listings Catalog errors and outstanding issues Identify unusual trends or large-scale errors before they impact customer orders Maintain a high level of catalog accuracy and data quality

Requirements

1–3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, catalog management or a similar role. Experience with Amazon Seller Central is strongly preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Pivot Tables IF formulas Filtering and sorting large datasets Data reconciliation CSV and bulk-file handling Comfortable working with very large datasets and product catalogs. Strong numerical and analytical ability. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to identify problems within large datasets rather than checking products individually. Ability to manage repetitive operational processes while maintaining accuracy. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where large batches of catalog data are updated daily.
