Job summary

Niru is seeking a data-driven professional to own BI reporting and e-commerce analytics. You will build advanced Excel reports, automate with Power Query, and consolidate data from Odoo and marketplaces to drive insights.

You will support sales and operations, develop Power BI dashboards, monitor marketplace performance, optimize listings, and coordinate inventory. This fast-moving role is ideal for a self-starter aiming to grow into BI leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong Power Query experience.

• Strong understanding of formulas, lookups, pivots, data modeling, and reporting.
• Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting (Primary Function)

• Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Use Power Query to automate data imports, transformations, and reporting processes.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources including Odoo ERP, Excel files, marketplace platforms, and external databases.
• Margins
• Customer performance
• Brand performance
• Sales team productivity
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis.
• Improve reporting efficiency by eliminating manual processes.
• Support management with weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Assist in developing Power BI dashboards and business intelligence initiatives.

E-Commerce & Marketplace Management

• Manage product listings across:
  • Amazon
  • Noon
  • Trendyol
  • Talabat
  • Other e-commerce and q-commerce platforms
• Create and optimize product listings, content, and images.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory availability.
• Track pricing, promotions, and marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers.
• Analyze sales performance and recommend growth opportunities.
• Resolve operational issues related to listings, orders, and platform compliance.
• Support new marketplace onboarding initiatives.

Commercial Operations Support

• Support sales forecasting and inventory planning.
• Prepare presentations and business review reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research when required.
• Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Technical Skills

Must Have

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
