The ideal candidate will plan and execute campaigns across social media, email, websites, and online ads, manage content, and coordinate promotions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or tourism industry.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, and online advertising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with different teams.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services, restaurants, events, and hospitality offerings.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and online advertising platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and maintain a consistent brand image.
• Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal offers, events, and special packages.
• Collaborate with the sales, operations, and guest relations teams to support business objectives.

• Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and customer conversion rates.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, agencies, and other external partners when required.
