Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, preferably hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or tourism.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and online advertising.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and campaign performance reporting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for hotel services, restaurants, events, and hospitality offerings.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and online ads.
• Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand image.
• Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal offers, events, and packages.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and guest relations to support business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and conversions.

• Prepare marketing reports and recommend improvements.
