Job summary

Qualifications

• Требуется степень бакалавра по маркетингу, бизнесу, коммуникациям или смежной дисциплине.
• 6–8 лет релевантного маркетингового опыта, предпочтительно в B2B технологиях, IoT.
• Опыт реализации маркетинговых программ на рынках Ближнего Востока.
• Опыт региональной стратегии, исследования клиентов, продаж, контент-локализации и проведения мероприятий.
• Сильные навыки английского и арабского письма, редактирования и презентации.
• Опыт управления бюджетами, агентствами, поставщиками и кросс‑функциональными заинтересованными лицами.
• Способность переводить технические продукты и решения в понятные для клиентов сообщения.
• Сильные аналитические, проектные и организационные навыки, балансируя стратегию и оперативное исполнение.

Responsibilities

• Региональная стратегия: сотрудничество с локальным офисом и продажами для выявления барьеров роста.
• Customer Insights: сбор обратной связи у ключевых клиентов.
• Sales Enablement: создание локализованных материалов и кейсов.
• Events and Exhibitions: планирование и проведение выставок и мероприятий.
• Content Localisation: адаптация глобальных кампаний для Ближнего Востока и арабоязычного контента.
• Brand Consistency: поддержание единообразия бренда и координация с HQ.
• Performance Management: отслеживание эффективности маркетинга и влияние на продажи.

Job description

Описание:

• Regional Strategy: Work with Local office and sales teams of the main profit centres to identify growth barriers, prioritise opportunities and develop marketing plans and budgets aligned with commercial objectives.
• Customer Insights: Engage key customers to understand their challenges, product applications and support needs. Maintain an ongoing feedback loop to guide marketing activities.
• Sales Enablement: Develop localised presentations, brochures, solution stories and use cases that equip sales teams and partners for customer discussions.
• Events and Exhibitions: Identify and coordinate relevant exhibitions, including GITEX, summits, workshops and partner events. Manage planning, messaging, materials, lead capture and follow-up.
• Content Localisation: Adapt global campaigns and content for Middle East audiences, including Arabic website content, social media and regional use cases. Identify relevant media and PR opportunities.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent Teltonika branding across regional offices and activities, coordinating with HQ on approvals, localisation and asset sharing.
• Performance Management: Track marketing effectiveness, qualified opportunities and commercial contribution. Review results with regional leadership, sales teams and HQ to refine priorities.

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within B2B technology, IoT, networking, telematics or related industries.
• Experience delivering marketing programmes across Middle East markets.
• Demonstrated experience in regional strategy, customer research, sales enablement, content localisation and event delivery.
• Strong Arabic and English writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical products and solutions into clear, customer-focused messages.
• Strong analytical, project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance strategy and hands‑on execution.
