Job summary

Belvedere International School invites a creative Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand for the school and nursery, drive enquiries, plan admissions campaigns, and support student enrolment growth across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain communities.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing (education preferred), a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, fluency in English and Arabic, and a proven portfolio of digital campaigns and content creation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Al Ain market and families/parents.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong skills in content creation, photography, videography and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of admissions marketing, lead generation and strategies to increase enrolment.
• Creative, organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the school and nursery
• manage social media and digital campaigns and create engaging promotional content to strengthen brand awareness and attract prospective families
• Plan admissions campaigns and school events generate enrolment enquiries engage with the local Al Ain community and monitor marketing performance to support student recruitment and retention

Requirements

• Minimum strong 5 years of experience strong in marketing preferably within the education sector
• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications or a related field
• Fluency in strong both Arabic and English strong with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of the strong Al Ain market local community and target audience strong particularly families and parents
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns
• Strong skills in content creation photography videography and visual storytelling
• Understanding of admissions marketing lead generation and strategies to increase student enrolment
• Creative organised proactive and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools social media analytics and design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• A portfolio demonstrating previous marketing campaigns and creative work is an advantage strong
