Job summary

GULBAHAR is seeking a Projects Co-ordinator in Dubai to manage multiple marketing projects including POSMs development, packaging design, and market research. The role requires strong organizational and coordination skills, with a focus on timely delivery and vendor management.

The candidate will work under Global Marketing, coordinating with external vendors and the in-house creative team, and handling documentation and internal PMO processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in FMCG including NPD processes.
• Experience in smaller companies with broad responsibilities.
• Exposure to export markets and multicultural teams.
• Portfolio aligned with international premium branding is a plus.

Responsibilities

The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational, vendor, coordination skills without requiring strategic ownership. Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for pushing small marketing projects from initiation through to final delivery.

The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational, vendor, coordination skills without requiring strategic ownership. Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for pushing small marketing projects from initiation through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management for POSMs and packaging design.
• Collaboration with vendors and in-house creative team.
• Budget tracking and reporting for assigned projects.
• Stage-by-stage project oversight and documentation.
• Managing internal paperwork: NDAs, purchase orders, data logs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years in FMCG incl. NPDs processes.
• Must have worked in smaller companies with broad responsibilities (not siloed).
• Exposure to export markets and multicultural teams.

Cultural And Creative Fit

• We are seeking individuals who are visually and professionally aligned with international creative standards, especially those with experience in Western or premium global brand design.
• Candidates whose background is primarily in digital media, social media, or app/UI design will not be considered unless at least 60% of their portfolio reflects packaging design work.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite or Apple Office Apps.
• Understanding of basics of print production.
• Experienced with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus.
