Job summary

Hantec Trader Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our newly established Project Management function. You will oversee projects from planning to delivery, ensuring clear ownership, realistic timelines, and effective issue resolution.

You will manage cross-functional initiatives across different regions, coordinating with sponsors and department heads, while driving governance, risk management, and consistent reporting practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cross-functional business or technology projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project planning, coordination and delivery skills, with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing teams without direct reporting authority.
• Good understanding of project governance, risk management, dependencies and resource planning.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in challenging assumptions, identifying delivery risks and escalating issues constructively.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com or MS Project.
• A practical, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery against objectives, scope and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements and progress reports.
• Work with project sponsors, department heads and delivery teams to establish clear responsibilities and expectations.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes, escalating where necessary.
• Monitor progress, challenge delays and follow up on actions to keep delivery moving.
• Assess resource requirements and capacity constraints with department heads before finalising delivery commitments.
• Provide clear project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support the development of consistent project management processes, reporting and governance.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and lessons learned are captured.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our newly established Project Management function. This is an opportunity to play an important role in how we deliver projects across the business, working closely with senior stakeholders and teams across different functions and regions. You will be responsible for managing projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring clear ownership, realistic timelines, effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

What we're looking for

• Experience delivering projects across multiple countries or international teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certification.
