Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, events, or project administration.
• Proven experience managing suppliers and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools and adapting to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing requests and projects across Ducon's business divisions.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and workflows using Asana.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, agencies, and service providers.
• Handle quotations, purchase documentation, supplier follow-ups, and deliveries.
• Support the planning and on-site execution of exhibitions, corporate events, factory visits, and product launches.
• Coordinate the production of catalogs, signage, promotional materials, and marketing assets.
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
