AimGulf is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns, and communications. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Responsibilities include supporting campaigns, coordinating materials, maintaining records, and assisting in market research. On-site Dubai location with immediate application encouraged.

Qualifications

• Fresher – 0-2 years of experience.
• Diploma in Administration Institute.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support the execution of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Follow up marketing requests, timelines, approvals, and required materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, and suppliers.
• Maintain records of ongoing marketing activities.
• Coordinate preparation of brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and product information.
• Follow up design, printing, and production requirements.
• Ensure materials follow approved brand guidelines.
• Maintain updated marketing files and materials.
• Support Sales teams with required marketing materials and information.
• Assist in collecting basic market, customer, and competitor information.
• Support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Follow up internal marketing requests and requirements.
• Maintain marketing records, quotations, and supplier documents.
• Track marketing activities and related expenses.
• Prepare basic marketing reports and updates.
• Support administrative requirements related to marketing activities.
• Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved.
• Ensure effective communication with peers and managers and show openness to directions and feedback.
• Execute the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Use resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Assist to solve any related issues arise and elevate any complex operational problems.
• Follow quality requirements and specifications for services, processes, or related activities.
• Execute and comply related tasks as per defined policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Adhere to all Safety procedures and regulations.
