FUJIFILM Middle East & Africa is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive day-to-day brand activities across the Middle East & Africa. You will manage content creation, performance marketing, events, influencer engagement, and distributor coordination while supporting the Corporate Communications team.

The role requires Arabic fluency, willingness to travel regionally, and collaboration with agencies, distributors, and internal stakeholders in Tokyo and the Middle East.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Content and Agency Management

• Brief and manage our creative and media agencies on monthly content calendars, campaign assets, and seasonal promotions
• Review and approve content before it goes live, making sure everything is on brand and culturally right for our markets
• Coordinate photo and video shoots, product placements, and campaign rollouts from concept through delivery

Performance Marketing

• Support planning and monitoring of paid social and digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
• Track key metrics (reach, impressions, CPM, engagement) and pull together monthly and quarterly performance reports
• Work with the agency to spot what's working and adjust spend and targeting accordingly

Distributor Management

• Be the day‑to‑day point of contact for our regional distributors on marketing needs.
• Travel across the region to support distributor visits, market visits, and on the ground activations

Events

• Help plan and run brand activations, and trade events across the region which includes coordination on the ground execution
• Manage event logistics, timelines, and budgets

Influencer and PR Support

• Review influencer proposals and content for fit, tone, and value before sign off
• Track influencer and PR coverage, feeding into monthly reporting
• Support outreach and relationship management with agencies & collab partners.

Corporate Communications Support (20%)

• Assist the CC team with internal communications, town halls, and cross divisional marketing projects when needed

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands‑on marketing experience. Previous agency experience working across both B2C and B2B client accounts is strongly preferred.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Travel Willingness: Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the Middle East & Africa region.
• Project Management: High degree of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple agency and stakeholder workstreams independently.
• Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working with agencies and managing multiple stakeholders at once
• Technical Skills: Exposure to performance marketing concepts or digital marketing campaigns is a plus
