Joseph Mews is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join our Dubai team. You will run hands-on campaigns across multiple channels, generate leads, and turn plans into actions. You will work with data and technology to improve campaign performance, automate repetitive tasks, and manage vendor relationships, delivering efficient and scalable marketing operations.

Description du poste

We're looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how marketing campaigns work, enjoys working across multiple channels and can turn marketing plans into action. You'll support lead generation, pitch social media ideas, coordinate and help improve the systems and processes that keep our marketing operations running efficiently.

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with a structured approach to marketing, is comfortable working with data and technology, and takes ownership of getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Support campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid advertising, webinars and other digital channels.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, landing pages, forms and follow-up journeys.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.

Marketing Automation & CRM

• Support the management and improvement of marketing workflows, lead capture processes and automated follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate campaign tracking, lead data and CRM records.
• Help connect marketing platforms and improve how leads move between systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a marketing executive, digital marketing or campaign-focused role.
• Practical experience coordinating and executing marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content management.
• Basic understanding of paid advertising channels, campaign structures, targeting and performance metrics.
• Experience supporting lead generation across multiple marketing channels.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• A process-driven mindset, with the ability to document, improve and implement workflows.
• Comfortable working with marketing data, reporting and performance metrics.Good written communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or a similar CRM platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.
• Experience with Zapier or other integration and workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Customer Insights Journeys, Dotdigital or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing and customer journey automation.
• Basic graphic design skills and experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Experience working with external marketing agencies or managing campaign delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Basic Salary:

AED 5,500 - AED 8,000
