Joseph Mews is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join our Dubai team. You will run hands-on campaigns across multiple channels, generate leads, and turn plans into actions. The role involves coordinating assets, landing pages, and follow-up journeys, plus optimizing CRM workflows and reporting.

You will work with data and technology to improve campaign performance, automate repetitive tasks, and manage vendor relationships, delivering efficient and scalable marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing roles focused on campaigns and lead generation.
• Ability to coordinate multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, paid ads and webinars.
• Experience supporting lead generation across multiple channels.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Support campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, webinars and other channels.
• Coordinate timelines, assets, landing pages, forms and follow-up journeys.
• Monitor performance and improve lead quality and conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign delivery.
• Maintain campaign tracking, lead data and CRM records.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
