Job summary

LEAMS Education is seeking a Marketing and Events Executive for School Admissions to strengthen branding and drive student enrollment across group schools. The role covers digital marketing, content creation, events, and cross‑team collaboration.

You will own campaigns from planning to execution, manage social media, website content, newsletters, blogs, and exhibitions, and coordinate with admissions, academic, leadership, and operations teams to deliver consistent messaging and measurable

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in marketing, communications, digital content, branding, or event management is required.
• Previous exposure to schools or the wider education sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen corporate branding across website, social media, publications, and materials.
• Develop campaigns with Group School Admission Officers to support enrollment.
• Create and maintain an integrated marketing plan for corporate and school priorities.
• Produce and update website pages, newsletters, social posts, blogs, and campaign content.
• Maintain consistent brand language, visual identity, and messaging across channels.
• Plan content calendars and coordinate publication around admissions periods, events, and milestones.
• Translate education information into clear content for parents, students, staff, and external audiences.
• Manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
• Lead social media marketing, website promotion, SEO, and Google listings updates.
• Monitor engagement data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Plan and deliver educational events, exhibitions, open days, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate event schedules, venues, suppliers, materials, branding, photography, and audience communication.
• Research education-sector trends and media coverage relevant to LEAMS Education.
• Prepare blogs, newsletters, press releases, brochures, presentations, and promotional collateral.
• Collaborate with admissions, academic, leadership, and operations teams.
• Manage multiple campaigns and timelines without compromising quality.
• Maintain records of marketing assets, approvals, event requirements, and outcomes.
