Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing/events roles within UAE schools.
• Experience with marketing campaigns.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, creativity, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and termly marketing and enrolment plans aligned with KHDA requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing and enrolment campaigns to support recruitment and retention.
• Manage the School's digital and social media platforms with accurate, professional content.
• Coordinate with external agencies to deliver approved marketing materials and campaigns.
• Maintain and update the School website to ensure current and compliant information.
• Plan, organise and deliver School events and activities, including Open Days and community engagement.
• Coordinate after-school sports and academic activities with scheduling and communication.
• Ensure all activities comply with policies, safeguarding, health and KHDA regulations.
• Establish relationships with internal teams, parents, vendors, and authorities.
• Maintain records, budgets, reports, and documentation for inspections and audits.
