Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a senior leader to define the strategy and roadmap for Marketing Data Science, partnering with key teams to prioritize high-impact opportunities and align with business goals.

You will lead capabilities across performance and brand marketing, insights, and reporting infrastructure, drive AI tooling adoption with Data Science, and mentor a growing team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing data science or analytics leadership.
• Experience with attribution, ROI, and campaign performance measurement.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop talent.
• Ability to balance multiple complex initiatives with stakeholders.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and roadmap for Marketing Data Science, prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities with key partners
• Establish goals and measurement approaches for attribution, ROI, and campaign performance
• Lead and develop core capabilities in performance marketing, brand marketing, user insights, and reporting infrastructure
• Bring a forward-looking perspective on advertising, media innovation, and marketing analytics methods
• Partner with Data Science leaders to evaluate and responsibly adopt emerging AI tools

Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing data science experience, ideally at a media agency or in-house marketing organization
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics and advertising platforms
• Familiarity with modeling methods such as MMM, causal lift/synthetic control, saturation modeling, optimization, and Bayesian approaches
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing talent
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to prioritize multiple complex workstreams
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
