Job summary

Sundus is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead marketing for two industrial businesses in Sharjah. You will drive strategy, brand development, digital visibility and lead generation to fuel growth, and manage a small team with external agencies.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B marketing within industrial environments, strong digital skills, and experience with exhibitions, content, brand management and budgeting. Fluent English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related
• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience in industrial/engineering/manufacturing environments
• Experience leading a team and managing agencies and suppliers
• Strong digital marketing, SEO, social media, paid campaigns, and lead generation
• Experience in exhibitions, content development, brand management and budgeting
• Strong project management, communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Proactive, commercially minded with ability to work independently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within industrial, engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies and managing multiple marketing activities.
• Experience managing a team, external agencies and marketing suppliers.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, paid campaigns, website performance and lead generation.
• Experience in exhibition management, content development, brand management and marketing budget control.
• Strong project management, communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent English is essential; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• A proactive, commercially focused mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
