Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness customer engagement and business opportunities for all companies
• Manage the company s social media platforms including LinkedIn Instagram and Facebook ensuring consistent and engaging content
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO Google Ads and other online promotional activities
• Create marketing content including social media posts brochures company profiles presentations newsletters and promotional materials
• Coordinate with the Sales team on marketing initiatives lead generation product promotions and customer engagement activities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities
• Plan and coordinate exhibitions trade shows corporate events and promotional activities
• Coordinate with external designers agencies printing suppliers and other marketing vendors
• Monitor website content social media engagement and marketing campaign performance
• Prepare regular marketing reports and recommend improvements based on campaign results
• Ensure consistency in company branding and marketing materials across all platforms
• Perform other marketing related responsibilities as required by Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Experience in general trading, B2B marketing, technical products, solar energy, or renewable energy is an advantage.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design applications.
• Experience preparing marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and digital content.
• Previous experience coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, or corporate events is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work effectively with Sales and other departments.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with the ability to work under deadlines.
