9 months Maternity Cover.

The purpose of this position is to lead business development and marketing activities for our Abu Dhabi and Dubai businesses, focusing on delivering activities which promote our market profile, develop prospective and key client relationships, and enable revenue growth. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of marketing campaigns, communications, bidding, and key client activities.

Responsibilities

Marketing and communications

  • Work with the regional marketing team to support a regular and compelling flow of content to clients and prospects through social and traditional media.
  • Support flagship regional marketing campaigns to drive increased client engagement and lead generation.
  • Provide support and advise to technical teams regarding social media collateral and marketing channels.
  • Support the execution of the UAE internal communications plan.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality written content across a range of formats and styles, including marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, case studies), press releases, thought leadership articles, and client insights aligned to strategic work-winning efforts.
  • Conduct research and contribute to market intelligence reports to inform positioning campaigns and client engagement strategies.

Bids and systems

  • Support large/complex bids, assisting with bid delivery with the UAE bidding team.
  • Provide oversight of the bidding workflow for the UAE bid team.

Key clients

  • Ensure alignment to the regional Key Client Programme methodology and leverage appropriate tools.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience across marketing, communications, business development, and bidding/proposal writing in the professional services sector, ideally within the built environment.
  • Degree within Marketing or a related subject.
  • Previous experience of working in the advisory/consultancy/real estate sector would be an advantage.
  • Professional membership of a recognized institution would be preferred.
  • Candidates must have the ability to prioritize work and meet multiple tight deadlines.
  • Be able to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience in bid/pitch/proposal writing with a focus on articulating capability and credibility.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • Brings a can-do mindset focused on execution and results.
