Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee Maritime Solutions, including tugs, pilot boats, and mooring activities in the UAE. You will drive day-to-day management and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely, cost-effective service and strong stakeholder relations.

Key responsibilities include supervising vessel performance, coordinating dockings and modifications, and delivering robust technical solutions to meet contractual requirements in a demanding maritime environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in maritime operational and technical management.
• Proven ability to manage vessel fleets including tugs and pilot boats.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Ability to oversee technical projects and vessel modifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day and long-term operational and technical management of Maritime Solutions Tugs, Pilot boats, and Mooring departments in the UAE region
• Monitor and report issues or key initiatives to improve and ensure business development
• Establish and maintain business relationships with clients and employees to achieve organizational goals
• Deliver cost-effective, timely, and high-quality service to meet contractual requirements
• Oversee technical performance of all vessels under management
• Manage vessel dockings, builds, modifications, and the development of technical project solutions
