Job summary

Thehseleader is seeking a senior HSEQ leader to drive development, implementation and improvement of the cluster HSEQ framework across maritime operations in Abu Dhabi. You will lead health, safety, environment, quality, security and business continuity programs, ensuring compliance with IMS, SMS and ISO standards while embedding a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor’s in Health & Safety or related field; Master’s preferred.
Lead Auditor certifications in ISO 45001/14001/9001/22301 desired.
NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications commonly required/preferred.
Maritime safety, security, business continuity or risk mgmt certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide HSEQ functions across departments and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain HSEQ management systems and policies.
Act as DPA and oversee SMS, SSP, emergency response and business continuity.
Drive HSEQ risk assessments, audits, incidents and corrective actions.
Monitor performance using KPIs and dashboards; report to senior management.
Maintain compliance with IMS, SMS, ISPS, MLC, ISO standards and AD Ports Group rules.
Develop strategy, budget, and improvement roadmap for cluster HSEQ.
