Job summary

Thehseleader is seeking a senior HSE Manager to supervise, review and develop comprehensive HSE programs ensuring adherence to ADNOC policies on projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves audits, training, and coordinating with consultants and contractors.

You will lead the HSE management system, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and maintaining safety excellence on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or science is required.
• 8+ years of safety engineering and HSE management experience.
• Proficient in English and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and analyze work environments; design programs to control disease or injury.
• Conduct inspections and enforce compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
• Supervise assigned personnel in the unit; lead HSE program implementation.
• Develop HSE scope of work for consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE policies, guidelines, and safety codes.
• Lead HSE audits, safety studies, and incident investigations.
