Abu Dhabi Ports seeks a senior HSE professional to lead and manage all health, safety and environmental activities across cruise terminal operations and public marina facilities. Responsibilities include ensuring ALARP risk levels, overseeing vessel movements and waterfront operations, implementing PTW systems, and maintaining ISO 45001/14001 compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or HSE.
• NEBOSH Diploma required; NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Lead Auditor Certificate in OHSAS 18001/ISO 14001 preferred.
• COSHH, Advanced First Aid, HSE Risk Management certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct and control all HSE activities for cruise terminal operations and public marina facilities.
• Ensure ALARP risk levels for passengers, employees, contractors and the public.
• Oversee passenger embarkation/disembarkation safety and waterfront operations.
• Manage marina operations including vessel movements, berthing, fueling and maintenance.
• Implement and enforce PTW systems and review risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulatory requirements and ISO 45001/14001.
• Lead MoC processes for modifications and manage HSE incident investigations.
• Prepare HSE performance reports for senior management and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee environmental compliance including waste management and pollution prevention.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response arrangements and coordinate with external services.
• Promote safety culture through awareness campaigns and training.
