Job summary

Ebury Dubai is seeking a Client Solution & Product Manager to accelerate the Maritime Partnerships business. This office-based role reports to the Global Head of Partnerships and focuses on delivering treasury solutions for shipping clients.

You will shape the product roadmap, collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing, and drive cross-functional initiatives to unlock regional growth in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

Experience with treasury products (FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, cash management).
Background in the shipping industry or cross-border financial services.
Knowledge of treasury management technology stacks and related systems.
Experience with cash management products and solutions.
Multiple years of product-building experience in hands-on roles.

Responsibilities

Identify and solve treasury problems for the shipping space using product, tech and operations.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing to deliver outcomes.
Identify high-impact opportunities in FX, derivatives, income and regional growth.
Capture requirements, epics, and user stories with clients and internal teams.
Maintain market understanding and conduct competitor analysis for pricing and features.
Develop and maintain knowledge of treasury management and legal workflows.
