Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a Senior Superintendent, Vetting to lead all aspects of third-party inspection, health, safety and environment for the fleet. You will ensure best practices, maintain high safety standards, and drive compliance with company regulations across OCIMF, ISM, ISPS, MLC, and ISO frameworks.

You will oversee pre-vetting and audits, manage inspections like SIRE/Rightship, update OCIMF databases, support the commercial team in vetting and ship clearance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marine/Nautical Science or related field.
• Master/COC Class-1 (FG) certifications preferred.
• Experience as Marine/HSEQ/Vetting Superintendent on tankers is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day marine operations to ensure vessel availability and utilization.
• Oversee pre-vetting, TMSA, and Rightship inspections to identify improvements.
• Ensure vessel documentation, certifications, crew knowledge and appearances comply with OCIMF/ISM/ISPS/MLC/ISO standards.
• Arrange, oversee and follow up on SIRE and Rightship inspections and audits for the fleet.
• Assist commercial team in vetting and ship clearance prior to fixtures.
• Coordinate with offices, port agents and ship staff on third-party inspections.
