Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company seeks a Senior HSEQ Fleet Officer to lead health, safety and environmental stewardship across the vessel fleet in Abu Dhabi. You will guide crew on compliance, conduct investigations and drive best practices in safety management within the organisation.

The role requires a Bachelor in Marine Engineering or Nautical Science, plus 5 seagoing years and 2+ years in a senior officer position, with offshore experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marine Engineering or Nautical Science required.
• Master/COC Class-1 certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 seagoing years with at least 2 years in a senior officer position.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to fleet vessels on health, safety & environment.
• Coordinate ISM/ISPS/MLC/ISO audits and ensure compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support budget preparation for HSE activities and review related contracts.
• Mentor Masters and ship staff on regulatory and voluntary compliances.
