Job summary

MARAFI MARINE CONTRACTING- L.L.C is seeking a seasoned Tender Manager to lead marine works bids from Abu Dhabi. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, reviewing technical and commercial tender documents, and shaping bid strategies to win competitive quotations.

The successful candidate will manage estimators, planners, engineers and proposal teams, identify risks and drive timely, high-quality submissions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of marine construction methods and FIDIC contracts.
• Proficient in cost estimation, tendering and commercial management.
• GCC UAE marine contracting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of technical and commercial tenders.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs and contract conditions.
• Manage estimators, planners, engineers and proposal teams during bid preparation.
• Develop bid strategies, pricing and project execution methodologies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and JV partners to obtain quotations.
• Identify commercial contractual and technical risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Participate in tender clarifications, negotiations and client presentations.
• Maintain tender schedules and ensure timely submission of high-quality bids.
