Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Marine or Mechanical Engineering.
• Certifications in Project Planning or Construction Management are advantageous.
• 5–10 years of marine and civil engineering project experience.
• Strong construction methodology, tender engineering, and proposal skills.
• Solid understanding of marine construction techniques and execution strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed method statements and construction sequences for marine and civil works.
• Analyze tender documents to identify challenges and develop engineering solutions.
