We're working with a shipping group in Dubai looking to appoint a Marine Superintendent to their tanker fleet.
You'll be responsible for the marine and operational oversight of VLCC and Suezmax vessels, covering vetting, inspections, dry-docking, incident investigation and compliance with class, flag and charterer requirements.
We're looking for someone who has sailed to Master, with strong VLCC and/or Suezmax experience, and has since moved ashore into a Marine Superintendent role.
You'll need a solid understanding of tanker vetting and inspections, be commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership of your vessels.
The role is based in Dubai, so you'll either need to be there already or willing to relocate.
