Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Planning Engineer Marine for a site-based role in Dubai to lead planning and scheduling for a marine infrastructure project. You will monitor progress, produce S-curves, and support delay analysis to protect timelines.

With 10+ years in planning for marine/civil projects, you will coordinate with contractors, prepare TIA/Window analyses, and contribute to dispute resolution. An expert in Primavera P6 is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Expert user of Primavera P6 with strong analytical skills for planning and forensic delay analysis.
• Experience with EOT claims disruption claims TIA and window analyses.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and milestones and sequence construction activities.
• Review and monitor baseline and updated programmes using Primavera P6.
• Track procurement and construction activities and flag deviations.
• Coordinate with contractors planning team to align actual progress with schedules.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and critical path analyses for weekly/monthly reporting.
