Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage aquarium visitors in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
• Share accurate information about marine animals, aquarium exhibits, habitat themes, and conservation topics.
• Deliver formal presentations, informal talks, and interactive education programs for small and large groups.
• Facilitate marine animal activities according to operating schedules, safety requirements, and guest demand.
• Explain conservation threats and practical actions guests can take to support healthier oceans.
• Adapt communication style and presentation content for children, families, school groups, and international visitors.
• Maintain basic working knowledge of marine species, animal care practices, aquarium systems, and environmental challenges.
