Atlantis Dubai is seeking a Marine Educator – Aquarium Programs to deliver marine-life education and conservation messaging with engaging presentations. You will interact with guests, develop informative content, and support hands-on learning experiences across exhibits and programs.

The role requires strong public speaking skills, English fluency, and a passion for oceans. Expect shifts, training, and opportunities for professional growth in a world-class hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Engaging personality with confidence speaking to individuals and groups.
• Clear spoken English with reading and writing ability.
• Ability to explain information in an enjoyable, age-appropriate way.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Desirable qualification in hospitality, biology, marine science, teaching, or related discipline.
• Experience in public speaking, interpretation, education, attractions, hospitality or guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Engage aquarium visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Share accurate information about marine animals, exhibits and conservation.
• Deliver formal presentations, informal talks and interactive programs.
• Explain conservation topics and practical actions for healthier oceans.
• Maintain knowledge of exhibits, habitats and animal welfare practices.
• Adapt content for children, families and international visitors.
• Conduct research and prepare educational material to improve accuracy.
• Participate in training, coaching and knowledge assessments.
