Job summary

Black & Grey HR, recruiting for a leading building materials company, seeks an experienced Project Manager with a strong marble background to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will oversee timelines, coordinate with clients, vendors, and on-site teams, and ensure flawless execution from concept to completion.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, client liaison, site visits, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in marble/stone industry.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of marble fabrication, installation techniques, and sourcing.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Problem solving with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor marble-related projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Manage budgets and track expenses for cost-effective delivery.
• Resolve on-site issues and delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety, and client expectations.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
