Job summary

Black & Grey HR Consultancy FZE in the UAE is seeking a Site Engineer – QA/QC to monitor site installation works, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals. Responsibilities include preparing shop drawings, site measurements, WIR submissions, QA/QC documentation, and reporting to the Project Manager.

A Civil Engineering degree and 3–5 years of QA/QC or installation experience are required, with AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of site engineering, QA/QC, or installation experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret drawings.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills; detail-oriented and able to coordinate with consultants and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings for installation.
• Take site measurements and prepare as-built drawings.
• Submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) to consultants/clients.
• Monitor installation to meet drawings and samples.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure defects are identified and rectified before handover.
