Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role in a manpower/labor supply company.
  • Strong understanding of labor supply operations and manpower billing.
  • Good communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Receive daily manpower requirements from the client and ensure timely deployment.
  • Coordinate with client supervisors to confirm work schedules, shifts, and overtime.
  • Address client concerns related to manpower performance, attendance, or discipline.
  • Supervise daily labor allocation to sites as per approved manpower plans.
  • Ensure labor reports to work on time and in correct numbers and skill categories.
  • Manage replacement of absent or demobilized workers.
  • Maintain accurate daily labor attendance at site using biometric, manual, or digital systems.
  • Validate working hours, overtime, night shifts, and rest days.
  • Prepare and submit payroll inputs based on verified attendance and approved man-hours.
  • Assist in resolving payroll queries, discrepancies, and wage-related complaints.
  • Coordinate daily transportation from labor camp to site and back.
  • Ensure buses arrive on time and meet safety and capacity standards.
  • Ensure labor complies with client HSE rules and site safety procedures.
