Job summary

ALGHANIM INTERNATIONAL GENERAL TRADING&CONTRACTING is seeking an experienced Manpower Lead to manage workforce planning, mobilization, deployment and labor operations across UAE construction and FM projects. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of UAE experience with large workforces and camp management across building, infrastructure, MEP, and FM projects.

You will coordinate Camp Bosses and Timekeepers, monitor attendance and productivity, and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations while

Qualifications

10+ years of UAE manpower/workforce management experience.
Strong experience with UAE-based construction/contracting companies.
Experience managing large workforces across building, infrastructure, MEP and FM projects.
Experience leading Camp Bosses and Timekeepers.
Knowledge of UAE labor regulations and compliance.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage manpower plans based on project requirements, schedules and operational needs.
Lead Camp Bosses and Timekeepers across construction sites, FM projects and labour accommodations.
Monitor attendance, deployment, absenteeism, overtime, productivity and utilization.
Prepare daily manpower reports, timesheets, deployment reports and related documentation.
Supervise Timekeepers for accurate attendance, hours, overtime and allocation.
Coordinate manpower mobilization, deployment and demobilization across multiple projects.
Collaborate with PMs, FM Managers, Operations Managers, Construction Managers and HR to ensure timely deployment.
Manage relationships with manpower suppliers, labor subcontractors and recruitment agencies.
Forecast manpower requirements for project-based activities and ongoing FM operations.
Maintain accurate manpower databases and welfare/workforce records.
