Job summary

ALGHANIM INTERNATIONAL GENERAL TRADING&CONTRACTING seeks an experienced Manpower Lead to manage workforce planning, mobilization deployment, attendance, and manpower operations across UAE construction and FM projects. The role requires 10+ years in the UAE with large workforces in building, infrastructure, MEP, and FM sectors.

The successful candidate will supervise Camp Bosses and Timekeepers, coordinate with PMs, RM/HR, and subcontractors, and ensure timely, accurate reporting and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manpower/workforce management within the UAE.
• Strong experience with UAE-based construction/contracting companies is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing large workforces across building, infrastructure, MEP, and Facilities Management (FM) projects.
• Previous experience working on FM projects and managing FM manpower requirements is highly preferred.
• Experience managing manpower for project-based construction activities and ongoing FM operations.
• Experience leading and supervising Camp Bosses and Timekeepers.
• Strong knowledge of manpower planning, mobilization, deployment, demobilization, and workforce allocation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and manpower/HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage manpower plans based on project requirements and schedules.
• Lead Camp Bosses and Timekeepers across sites and labor accommodations.
• Monitor attendance, deployment, overtime, and productivity daily.
• Prepare daily manpower and timesheet reports.
• Coordinate manpower mobilization, allocation, and demobilization across projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and workforce documentation requirements.
