Job summary

Transguard Workforce Solutions seeks an experienced HR Expert (Mandarin Speaker) to lead and support HR across the MENA region from our Dubai Office. You will drive HR strategy, organizational transformation, talent management, and workforce planning, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will manage HR analytics, dashboards, and change initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience while supporting growth and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of progressive HR experience with regional MENA exposure.
• Master's degree or HR professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and workforce solutions.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning initiatives.
• Support business growth through effective talent and succession planning.
• Lead HR transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive digital HR solutions and automation to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Support organizational restructuring, change management, and culture transformation programs.
• Develop and implement best practices across HR operations and policies.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies for key positions across the region.
• Implement succession planning and leadership development programs.
• Design and manage learning and development initiatives.
• Promote employee retention and career development programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support decision-making.
• Prepare HR dashboards and management reports.
• Monitor key HR KPIs and recommend improvement initiatives.
