Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solution Manager to grow and manage post-sale relationships with advertisers across the China inbound business. You will coordinate with sales, ad ops, product, marketing and policy teams to deliver tailored, data-driven campaign solutions.

The role requires deep understanding of China's digital marketing landscape, strong English and Mandarin communication skills, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable campaigns that drive growth and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing, MENA experience is a big plus
• Strong understanding of China's digital marketing ecosystem, industry, and creative trends
• Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
• Experiences in working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
• Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
• Self-starter, fast learner, creative, outside-the-box thinker
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes
• Support and work with sales teams on pre-sale research and pitch
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams—sales, ad ops, product, marketing, policy, and R&D—to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Monitor and analyze ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results
• Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign
• Proficient in campaign management, setup, and optimization; analyze performance data to deliver data-driven insights
• Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing book of business
