Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead post‑sale relationships with advertisers across the MENA region from Dubai. You will collaborate with ad ops, product and R&D to ensure seamless campaign execution and data‑driven optimization.

In this role, you’ll translate client insights into scalable solutions, support upsells and renewals, and guide inventory allocation while maintaining a consultative, long‑term client engagement with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Arabic fluency and English fluency required for direct client communication across MENA.
• 3+ years in account management / client services in digital marketing; agency experience is a plus.
• Experience managing performance advertisers with understanding of their challenges.
• Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
• Proactive with strong project management, organizational and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
• Coordinate with ad ops, product and R&D teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Guide inventory allocation with internal teams.
• Monitor and analyze ad campaigns and proactively improve results.
• Investigate and work with product & engineering to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns.
• Proficient in campaign management, setup and optimization; analyze data to provide insights.
• Share marketplace feedback and guide TikTok advertising strategy.
• Support and work with sales on pre-sale research and pitch.
• Conduct regular business reviews and maintain long-term client relationships with sales collaboration.
