Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) in Dubai is seeking a Legal Counsel to handle commercial and financial legal affairs within the banking sector, including drafting and reviewing LMA-format loan documents, NDAs, and vendor agreements. You will provide guidance on regulatory matters and manage DIFC/DFSA compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an LL.B. or higher, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years overseas work experience (Hong Kong recognized).

Qualifications

• LL.B. or higher from a top-tier domestic or overseas law school.
• 3–5 years of relevant practice experience.
• At least 3 years of overseas work experience (Hong Kong experience recognized).
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing LMA-format loan documents, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Providing advice on regulatory matters.
• Managing DIFC/DFSA compliance and related approvals.
• Overseeing external counsel and budgets.
