Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Law with a valid legal qualification certificate.
• Overseas law degree (LLB/LLM) preferred.
• 2–5 years of in-house legal experience.
• Experience with China-based overseas enterprises in UAE/Middle East.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements across UAE mainland and free zones.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Labour Law, UAE Commercial Agency Law, and free-zone regulations (DIFC/ADGM).
• Provide regulatory risk assessment for cross-border transactions.
• Advise senior business leaders on governance and regulatory matters.
