- Native or fluent Mandarin and good working English.
- Forex and CFD industry experience.
- Conversion or retention sales experience in a brokerage environment.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- A target-driven, ambitious mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Contact and convert new Mandarin-speaking leads into funded, actively trading clients.
- Guide prospects through account opening, verification and their first deposit.
- Handle questions and objections with confidence and build long-term trust.
- Follow up consistently to reach conversion and revenue targets.
- Work closely with the marketing, compliance and retention teams.
