Job summary

BCRecruitment is seeking a Mandarin-speaking retention specialist in Dubai to manage a portfolio of clients, deepen relationships and drive trading activity. You will upsell, present promotions, and work with sales, support and compliance teams to meet retention and revenue targets.

On-site role in Dubai with base salary USD 3,000–4,000 net per month plus generous commission; visa sponsorship, flight to Dubai and accommodation on arrival are included. Start date ASAP; 5 openings.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication required.
• Experience in FX/CFD brokerage environments preferred.
• Proven retention/sales skills with ability to upsell and hit targets.
• Ability to identify client needs and propose suitable products and promotions.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work on-site.

An international FX/CFD brokerage in Dubai is hiring Mandarin-speaking retention specialists to grow relationships with existing clients, increase their trading activity and drive account growth. Flights, a work visa and initial accommodation are included.
